Maimonides Minute – Hilchot Tefilah 4:9-10 (Praying while needing the bathroom)

We learned that a room must be “tahor” – pure – before a person prays there. What happens if he prayed in a room and afterwards discovers that it was not, in fact, clean? And is a person allowed to say the Amidah if he needs the bathroom?
