Nechama is 17 years old, has 6 awesome siblings, lives in Silver Spring MD, and goes to the Yeshiva of Greater Washington. She loves her school, enjoys the classes, and has terrific friends. Her life changed drastically a few years ago, when she started feeling very sick. Eventually, she was diagnosed with a Bionic Vision Disorder, putting her into intense treatment and affecting every aspect of her life. Throughout this ongoing journey, she has grown up, learned immeasurable lessons, and truly seen the value of life. It is her honor to share her story with you.
