Hilchot Teshuva 9:1-2 (Reward and Punishment in This World? The Days of Mashiach)

If, as the Rambam explained, real reward and punishment is life in the World to Come or its absence, how can we understand the many verses in the Torah which refer to this-worldly blessings and curses? What will happen in the days of Mashiach?
