Hilchot Shabbat 3:11-12 (Using a ladle when the food is on the fire)

On Shabbat, may you use a ladle to take food out of a pot that’s still on the fire? And in cases where you are permitted to return food to a low-burning stove, can you return it to a different, warmer stove than the one it was originally on?
