Hilchot Berachot 8:14-16 (The beracha after eating fruit from the Seven Species)

What is the beracha said after eating fruit from the Seven Species native to Israel or after drinking wine? If a person eats one of these fruits, and also drinks wine and eats food made from grain – all of which require a special after-blessing – must he say three separate after-berachot or can he combine them into a single beracha?
