Hilchot Berachot 2:13-14 (Forgetting Yaaleh v’Yavo or Al HaNisim)

Why is there a special addition to Birkat HaMazon if someone forgets Yaaleh v’Yavo on Rosh Chodesh, but not on Chol HaMoed? (Spoiler: there isn’t a clear answer.)

If @BayitYehudiEng approves the merger with @OtzmaYehudit, the honorable history of Mafdal/NRP - a party I have voted for in the past - will have come to an ignoble end. What an embarrassment for religious Zionism. What a disgusting way to end. What a chilul Hashem.
